About Ascendancy Ritual
Ascendancy Ritual provides personal training in Oakland, CA, for strength and fat loss.
I bring over 14 years of experience. I help people improve their health, fitness, and quality of life through personalized training and nutrition coaching.
Throughout my career, I have worked in commercial gyms and in-home gyms and provided one-on-one coaching. I’ve helped individuals ranging from complete beginners who have never stepped foot in a gym to experienced lifters looking to break through plateaus and take their physique and performance to the next level.
My experience spans a wide range of ages and fitness levels, working with adults aged 18 to 75. I have helped clients achieve goals such as weight loss, muscle gain, strength development, improved mobility, better overall health, and increased confidence both inside and outside the gym.
I also have experience working with individuals recovering from injuries, managing physical limitations, improving balance, and safely rebuilding strength. Every program is tailored to the individual, taking into account their goals, lifestyle, experience level, and any unique challenges they may face.
My coaching philosophy is built on education, accountability, and sustainable progress. I believe fitness should enhance your life, not take it over.
